Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed the same day when placed before 3 PM CST. Orders placed after 3 PM will ship the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.

Shipping Time

We ship from Chicago, IL. Delivery typically takes:

  • Midwest: 1–2 business days

  • East Coast: 2–3 business days

  • South: 2–3 business days

  • West Coast: 3–4 business days

Most customers receive their order within 2–4 business days from the time it is shipped.

Shipping Carriers

We use reliable U.S. carriers, including USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground. Your carrier will be selected automatically based on the fastest route to your location.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and carrier speed. Free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed when available.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take several hours to appear after the carrier scans your package.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. OSO LAVISH is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as “Delivered” but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist you in filing a claim if necessary.

International Shipping

International shipping is not available at this time. We currently ship within the United States only.
